We provide the service to clients to register UK domain names through Nominet which Baniftec Ltd is a member.

 

Our aim is to respone to any queries that clients may have regarding their domain names with in two working day or sooner.

 

Any reports of abuse regarding domain names which we have registered for clients should be directed to abuse@baniftec.com  or telephone us on 01959 564 526.

 

Customer service we aim to register or update domain informtion for our clients no longer than two working days usually sooner.

 

 

Should any clients have issues regarding their domain name registration once we have been made aware of the issue we expect to investigate within two working days and reply back with initial findings by the third day.
